Shot almost entirely in the Beatles’ birthplace in Liverpool during International Beatle Week, Come Together: A Beatles Tribute is a tribute dedicated to the band’s legacy—a phenomena that shows no signs of stopping. There are an estimated 8,000 Beatles tribute bands globally who perform at Beatles festivals and conventions throughout the world. Moderated on-camera by John Lennon’s sister, Julia Baird captures that spirit, motivation, energy and interpretation through in-depth interviews, rare footage, concert performances and personal stories by bands and fans alike. People have “come together” to share their love for Beatles’ music and the positive and uplifting message it conveys.
