Life Is Not the Same tells the moving story of three children from the streets who, having escaped abuse at home, end up in the streets finding refuge amongst each other, with everything against them. Nevertheless, the incomparable and indomitable spirit of children will not be so easily beaten, and together they fight each day, as superheroes, against street injustice, the crude memories of home and society’s indifference. Day after day they manage to survive it all – even when their worst enemy, death, pretends to break their souls.
