On April 6, 1994: a bloody genocide in central Africa gets underway, leaving one million Rwandan Tutsis massacred as the UN stood watch. At the heart of it all, a British priest (John Hurt, A Man for All Seasons) and his young acolyte (Hugh Dancy, King Arthur) are forced to confront the depths of their faith, the limits of their courage and, ultimately, the choices they will make to remain with their people or run away.
